Rob Paugh
Speaker, Founder of Code Blue

Rob has been working with teenagers since 1986 when he threw his first ever burger bash. He was initiated into youth work by having to clean regurgitated burgers up off the floor from a teenager whose eyes were bigger than his stomach. His first media presentation was given when records were still vinyl and were played on record players with a needle. He is a student of the youth culture, music, movie and entertainment industry but he can't carry a tune in a bucket or play the radio right!

Rob has spoken all over the U.S. in a variety of settings that include, camps, retreats, conventions, seminars, assemblies, schools and churches. Rob currently serves as the director of youth ministries at Grove City Nazarene Church. There he works with and speaks to hundreds of middle school and high school students every week and he never gets tired of being around those crazy kids. He's devoted his life to young people and prays that he can make a difference in their lives.

You'll find Rob spending his free time with his family. He's been married since 1989 to his beautiful wife Monica and even he will tell you he did better than a guy like him should have. He and his wife have three wonderful children who are cuter than he is now and smarter than he was at their age! Rob and Monica enjoying parenting and can't wait until all three of their children become teens themselves, which won't be long.

There is so much that we could tell you about Rob but you'll just have to meet him for yourself. He has had some incredible encounters with teens and is not afraid to use those past experiences to educate teens to make better choices for their future.
